What you get
- Every ByteDance model we carry: Seedance 2.5 and the Seedance 2.0 / Fast / Mini family (video), Seedream 5.0 Pro / Flash (image), Doubao Seed 2.1 Pro / Turbo / Lite (chat).
- The official models, unchanged. Requests go straight to Volcengine Ark's online inference. Model ids, parameters and outputs are the same as the official API; nothing is distilled, cached or substituted. New versions released on Ark are available within 48 hours.
- OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible endpoints. Change the base URL and the key, keep your code. Video uses the same create-task / poll calls as Ark.
- USD billing. Card or bank transfer, prepaid balance, and a monthly statement that shows your consumption at Volcengine's official list price next to what you paid.
- Operations. Per-key rate limits set to your plan, a usage dashboard, a request id on every response, low-balance alerts.
- Service levels. 99.5% monthly uptime target for the gateway, public status page, support tickets answered within 24 hours in English or Chinese, incident updates. Details on the SLA page.
Pricing: a share of the official list
Wholesale prices are written as a percentage of Volcengine's official list price for each model (converted to USD at the rate shown on our price page). When the official price moves, yours moves with it, on 30 days' notice, so neither side is stuck with a stale number.

Tier prices apply to every model. Tiers are reviewed monthly against the previous month's consumption: moving up takes effect at once, and a month below your tier's threshold moves you back one tier from the next month.
Examples at the Growth tier (70%): a 10-second 1080p Seedance 2.5 clip lists at about US$5.50 and costs you about US$3.85; a 5-second 720p Seedance 2.0 clip lists at about US$0.73 and costs you about US$0.51; a Seedream 5.0 Pro image (up to 2.6 MP) lists at about US$0.044 and costs you about US$0.031. Failed requests are never billed.
Terms in brief
- Prepaid only. Top up by card or wire in USD; capacity is enabled when the funds arrive. Keys pause when the balance is used up, with alerts before that. Balance is used, not refunded, except where the law requires.
- Price = official list × your tier. Tiers follow your monthly consumption, as described above.
- Repricing. If the upstream price or our supply cost changes, we give 30 days' notice before repricing. Balance already on account is not repriced, and you may end the agreement before the change takes effect and use up your balance.
- Term. Three months initially, then month to month; either side can end it on 30 days' notice.
- Limits. Per-key concurrency and request-rate limits are set in your plan. Tell us three business days before an expected peak and we raise them.
- Model changes. When the upstream retires a model we give notice and a replacement. New models join your tier at the same percentage.
- Your users are yours. You run your own product, support and billing; we never contact your end users.
- No re-wholesale, confidential. Raw API access may not be resold to other resellers without written consent. Our prices and sources are confidential: do not disclose them to our upstream provider or to third parties.
- Content and compliance. You are responsible for your end users' content, identity checks and complaints, and for enforcing our Acceptable Use Policy downstream. Keys that generate prohibited content are suspended, and you help us with any investigation.
- Service levels. 99.5% monthly gateway uptime target; if we miss it you receive balance credits of up to 10% of that month's consumption (SLA page).
- Data. Prompts, images and videos pass through to the upstream provider and are not written to our database (see the Privacy Policy). The upstream runs in China; tell your users.
- Entity and law. The contracting entity, invoicing, taxes and the governing law (Ontario, Hong Kong or Singapore) are agreed when you sign. The full agreement is available on request.

定价：按官方原价的比例
批发价一律写成「该模型火山官方原价的百分比」（按价格页显示的汇率折算成美元）。官方价格变动时，你的价格随之变动，提前 30 天通知，双方都不会被一个过期的数字套住。

档位价格对所有模型一致。档位每月按上月消耗复核：升档立即生效，某月低于本档门槛则从下月起回到上一档。
以成长档（70%）为例：一条 10 秒 1080p 的 Seedance 2.5 视频原价约 5.50 美元，你的价格约 3.85 美元；一条 5 秒 720p 的 Seedance 2.0 视频原价约 0.73 美元，你的价格约 0.51 美元；一张 Seedream 5.0 Pro 图片（2.6 MP 以内）原价约 0.044 美元，你的价格约 0.031 美元。失败的请求一律不收费。
条款要点
- 只做预付。以美元刷卡或电汇充值，款项到账后开通额度。余额用完密钥暂停，之前会有提醒。余额只用不退，法律另有规定的除外。
- 价格 = 官方原价 × 你的档位。档位随月消耗浮动，规则见上文。
- 调价。上游价格或我们的进货成本变化时，提前 30 天通知再调价；已在账上的余额不追溯调价，你也可以在调价生效前终止协议并用完余额。
- 期限。首期 3 个月，之后按月续；任一方提前 30 天通知可终止。
- 限流。每个密钥的并发和请求速率上限在套餐里约定。预计有峰值时提前 3 个工作日告诉我们，我们会调高。
- 模型变更。上游下线某个模型时，我们会通知并给出替代模型；新模型按同一百分比并入你的档位。
- 你的用户是你的。你自己运营产品、客服和收费，我们不会联系你的终端用户。
- 不得转批发，保密。未经书面同意，不得把原始 API 访问权再卖给其他转售商。我们的价格和货源保密，请勿向我们的上游厂商或第三方披露。
- 内容与合规。你对终端用户的内容、身份核验和投诉负责，并须向下游执行我们的使用规范；生成违规内容的密钥会被暂停，调查时你需配合。
- 服务等级。网关月度可用性目标 99.5%；未达标时按当月消耗的最高 10% 以余额补偿（见服务等级页）。
- 数据。提示词、图片和视频只经过我们转给上游厂商，不写入我们的数据库（见隐私政策）。上游位于中国境内，请告知你的用户。
- 主体与法律。签约主体、发票、税务和适用法律（安大略省、香港或新加坡）在签约时约定。完整协议可索取。

- Email us with your company, product, the models you need, your estimated monthly volume, and whether you pay by card or wire.发邮件告诉我们：公司、产品、需要的模型、预计月用量、刷卡还是电汇。
